Nicola Warner is a UK-based writer, storyteller and creative collaborator best known for her engaging fiction and anthology work.

Nicola has published several collaborative works and developed creative projects that spotlight emerging voices through her collective Fantastic Writers group

About Nicola

Nicola advocates for a variety of authors and creative storytelling methods to empower writers and readers.

Born and raised in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Nicola discovered her love of music, dance and storytelling from an early age — interests that would later blossom into a career in writing.

Nicola is active online and engages with readers and writers through social media, and creative communities.

She also promotes fellow authors’ works and immerses herself in reading — all of which fuel her own imaginative pursuits.

Nicola is not only an author but also a creative organiser. She created the Fantastic Writers group with the aim of supporting and promoting up-and-coming authors.

Through this collective, she has co-produced a variety of anthologies and collaborative titles that give a platform to emerging voices alongside established creative talent.

Nicola’s first solo novel, The Ego Effect, showcases her talent for character-driven storytelling, exploring themes of identity, ambition and the human psyche.

This title has been featured and sold in independent press collections all over the world.

A collaborative anthology, this book celebrates the craft of emerging authors, bringing together poetry, prose and life writing from creative talents connected through Nicola’s Fantastic Writers collective.
